Work

I’m a Cloud Engineer at CERN. I work on OpenStack, and my day involves working on business continuity and disaster recovery, storage services of Openstack, and monitoring and observability.

My last job was at Citrix (now Cloud Software Group), where I started my career as an intern for 6 months, and then worked as a DevOps Engineer for another year and a half. I worked on Monitoring, Automation and Observability as Code. Additionally, I shadowed the activities of the security team.

Volunteering

At CERN, I’m a guide for experiments like the Antimatter Factory, Synchrocyclotron and the Data Centre. On the weekends, I guide some public workshops aimed at kids. I regularly participate/organize things with the Women in Technology group. I volunteered at Code Club for a year teaching kids the basics of programming.
